Your Uploads
Introduction
You can also upload your own customer photos and videos via our Bulk Uploads functionality. This is useful for when you're migrating from another user-generated content (UGC) platform, or if your customers email their photos and videos directly to you.
To start uploading your own photos and videos, follow the steps below:
- From the left navigation, click 'Bulk Uploads'
- Click 'Upload Photos/Videos'
- Drop your images and videos on there and fill in the form
- Click Submit
- You'll be taken back to the Bulk Uploads page.
You can add your own uploads to your UGC Page Gallery and tag them with your products to feature your photos and videos in your product pages.
