Upload Pages

Collect customer photos anywhere you can share a link

Create a dedicated upload page for your store, then share its link in a website banner, email, social post, or QR code. Customers can submit a photo or video without signing in.

Upload Pages is available on Basic, Advanced, and Premium plans, including trials on those plans.

While signed into Socialphotos, choose Upload Pages in the sidebar, or open Upload Pages here.

Create your first upload page

  1. Open Upload Pages and click Create page.
  2. Enter a Page name, such as “Website banner” or “September creators.” This name identifies the source of uploads inside your account. Customers see your store name on the public page.
  3. Click Create page. You will arrive at Manage pages.
  4. Click Preview to check the form, then Copy link.
  5. Paste the copied URL into your banner's link field, email, or other place you want to collect content.

The link opens a dedicated page. It does not open the gallery upload popup on your storefront.

Anyone with the link can upload, and recipients can forward it. Send it only to your chosen group if you want limited distribution.

Try it before sharing

  1. Open the copied link on your phone or in a browser where you are not signed into Socialphotos.
  2. Choose one photo or video, fill in the requested details, and submit. Each file can be up to 50 MB.
  3. Wait for the upload confirmation. Videos may take additional time to process.
  4. Return to Upload Pages in Socialphotos and check that your media appears with the correct Source name.

If you see an error, reload the page, choose your file again, and retry. For an image that cannot be processed, try a JPEG or PNG.

Review your uploads

The Upload Pages screen shows media received through all your pages. Use All Sources to filter by page. Create page and Manage pages are always available at the top.

Each card's Source is the current page name. Renaming a page updates this label on existing uploads; the uploader's name and email remain unchanged.

Use Add To Gallery or Tag Product to curate content. These actions save a copy in Curated / Favorites. Receiving an upload alone does not publish it.

Page uploads stay in Upload Pages. Customer Uploads contains submissions from your storefront gallery upload buttons; Bulk Uploads contains media you upload yourself.

Manage your pages

  • Rename: change the internal source name. The public URL stays the same.
  • Disable: stop new submissions and keep received content. Enable it again to reuse the same URL.
  • Delete: permanently retire the page and delete its source uploads. Copies already saved in Curated / Favorites and their gallery placements remain.
  • Delete an individual upload: remove only that source item. Its existing curated copy and placements remain.

Disabled and deleted pages show an unavailable message instead of an upload form. They do not redirect automatically.

All pages share your default product gallery upload-form settings, including instructions, displayed fields, required fields, and terms. Separate form settings per page are not available yet.
