Loox and Socialphotos both put customer photos on your Shopify store, but they start from different jobs. When Socialphotos fits the task
Photos without a review. Many customers will share a photo but won't write a review. Socialphotos lets them send photos and videos through an upload link you put in a post-purchase email, a message, or a QR code on your packaging, or through the upload button on your storefront gallery. Instagram content. Bring in your own posts, photos customers tag you in, mentions, hashtags, and individual post links, alongside customer uploads and photos you already have.
Curated, shoppable lookbooks. You choose what appears. Tag products so shoppers can explore the items in each photo, and show each product's photos on its product page. Choose a portrait carousel, horizontal carousel, or scrolling grid, with separate desktop and mobile layouts.
Pricing by features, not orders. Basic is $19/month for page galleries, Advanced $35/month adds product tags and product-page galleries, and Premium $55/month adds video display. Using both
Reviews and galleries do different jobs, so some stores use a reviews app for ratings and written feedback and Socialphotos for lookbooks and shoppable photos.
